No. You keep Xero for accounting. Odoo helps manage your sales, stock, purchasing and orders. We connect the two with your accountant’s input.
Your Shopify website stays in place. We set up and test the connections in steps, then agree when to switch each one on. We also plan how to return to your current setup if needed.
It depends on your stores, stock, existing apps and what needs connecting. After the first call, we prepare a plan with the work involved and a realistic timeline.
The first 60-minute call is free. We then quote in Australian dollars (ex GST) for the setup your business needs, including any software or connector costs, before you decide to go ahead.
Yes. We involve them early, agree how information should reach Xero and check the numbers together before switching the connection on.
Yes. Odoo has its own point of sale, so your shop sales and stock can live in the same system. If you already use another POS, we check whether to connect it or move to Odoo POS as part of your plan.
